The HDF5 in the testing branch should contain the minimal information sufficient to start data processing. Once this is achieved, we can add more information about the experiment that are not substantial for data processing. Accompanying to the header would by a python script the generates input files for various data processing programs. XDS seems a good start, since at least TG is most familiar with XDS. second might be DIALS, third might be PETS.
