• make round 2+ council prompts review a materialized previousReviewedHead..HEAD patch while retaining the cumulative diff.patch as a path reference
• preserve full-diff fallbacks for round 1, explicit full review, base movement, rewritten/conflicted history, and unavailable delta materialization
• thread live journal round/base/head history and prior structured findings through the crabrunner review dispatcher
• delegate N=2 clean-window, K=3 repeat-fingerprint, and round-15 backstop decisions to the shared Crucible convergence-decision spine while retaining Symphony warning telemetry
• replace the legacy round-cap telemetry and tests with N/K/backstop semantics

Coalescence decision

Symphony calls the existing Crucible spine through CrabboxSpineClient for convergence authority. Directly importing the Crucible .mjs prompt-scope helper is not deploy-safe because Symphony runs as a standalone dist/ service on pro14 and its typed review-context boundary differs; the local adapter is limited to payload materialization and fallback selection.
