Deferring: this group bundles a TypeScript 6.0.3 → 7.0.2 major bump with two patch updates (@types/node, vite). A TS major warrants its own reviewed session, and the Client CI job is gated (commit 651352e) so the green checks here likely did not exercise TS 7. Holding this PR; the TS 7 upgrade should land as its own change. cc @dependabot
