- Added `permissions: contents: read` to `python-package.yml` to resolve security warnings. - Updated `python-publish.yml` to use the official Poetry installer. - Updated GitHub Actions in `python-publish.yml` to latest versions (v4/v5). - Enabled caching for Poetry in the publish workflow.
