Collapse mobile upgrade list to show only 3 items by default#202

On mobile, the upgrade carousel was showing all upgrades as a long vertical list. Now it shows only the 3 most recent upgrades (matching the desktop carousel's visible count) with a "Show all upgrades" toggle button to expand/collapse the full list. https://claude.ai/code/session_01RMFHfBBwJZj34GymgEfbgt
