Salvages two still-valid fixes from the now-obsolete PR ethersphere#794: - Remove the dead FairOS link from the Fair Data Society page - Remove the Sepolia network config block from the Bee FAQ PR ethersphere#794's other changes are superseded: the Python link checker it targeted was replaced with TypeScript (ethersphere#813), and awesome-list.mdx is now build-time generated and gitignored (ethersphere#811).
