0.0.46-gloas ships xatu#868, which decodes the flat EIP-7732 execution_payload / execution_payload_gossip SSE events. Prior builds parsed them as a full SignedExecutionPayloadEnvelope, so every event failed with "message missing" across all six CL clients and both tables stayed empty.
