What
Add fetchers to the README feature list and document the built-in fetchers available in the default registry.
Why
The README did not mention fetchers as a core capability or show which specialized URL handlers ship with FetchKit.
How
Add a fetcher feature bullet and a new built-in fetchers section with the ordered list of built-in handlers and the URL types each one covers.
