Backport of #170

This new feature allows Internet Media Type aliases to be configured in a media-type-aliases.xml file. So we can now support mapping Media Types such as text/xml -> application/xml which is defined in IETF RFC 7303.

This eables us to follow IETF RFC 7303 (e.g. 'text/xml' -> 'application/xml').
