Centosplus repo is not enabled by default in centos 6

I'm a bit hesitant in merging this. Even if correct, it would have unwanted effects on existing installations.
This would require a major release bump for backwards incompatibility

realistically this should have some kind of parameter to enable/disable with default disabled, same as extras

I think any repo described in this module should be enabled IMHO. If you don't want the repo enabled/present, you should not include it (and use class { 'yum': clean_repos => true }. There is no value being added by installing a disabled repo via config management.
