EditorInfo may change between onStartInput and onStartInputView, so we need to notify InputDeviceManager about that
Fixes typing on hardware keyboard with "sticky" modifier keys
it looks bad, takes over the focus and interrput the input
hopefully fixes some weird crash
less overhead than calling into native twice
