docs: add NGINX deployment guide with Docker setup

Added a deployment guide for hosting Docusaurus on NGINX, including:

• Basic NGINX server block configuration with gzip, caching, and security headers
• Dockerized deployment using nginx:alpine
• SPA routing fallback for client-side navigation
