Updated chunkergraph and chunkerkerneval to work for complexified chunker objects. This was done by taking the real part of the chunker properties wherever approapriate. Chunkerkerneval also throws a warning if you leave accel on for a complexified chunker since it uses the real FMM. I have updated the complexificationTest to reflect these new features.
