Adds RunPod recovery controls for eval-only reruns, fails gated Meta runs early when Hugging Face auth is missing, and documents detached pod execution with the Python-based HF login flow.
Bench and eval runs now validate their expected JSON outputs before reporting success, and both CLIs can verify existing result files with --verify-only.
Validated with bash -n deploy/runpod-run.sh and make check.
