Ki intro drafts

Working on filling out the intro some more. When I was going through it though, I really needed to simplify the data types descriptions -- so worked on that a bit here. Also added a slide/image for types of clinical data and its definition

This PR is based on the monitoring PR in reality/intention, but when I did that, the preview didn't work as expected. So switched it to be based on main, which shouldn't be a problem. Just notating that.

I wonder about moving the awesome EHR slide from the Clinical Data Uses section to this section. Specifically, right now, it's here:

Would like for it to be here: (either before the structured data subsection (after the what is clinical data slide and paragraph) or in the structured data subsection after the first paragraph before codes paragraph)
