Extract more data from .fpl recordings, and related cleanup/refactor

• Extend 'fpltool extract' to output most data to ROS1 and RO2 bags, as well as all data to JSONL
• Make 'fpltool rosbag' an alias of 'fpltool extract'
• Add ROS1 types and minimal (de)serialisation code to fpsdk_common so that ROS1 messages can be used without ROS1 installed or linked (e.g. to use them in ROS2 environment)
• Add/refactor "bagwriter" for both ROS1 and ROS2
• Add ROS1 type conversion to JSON and ROS2
• Add FP_A and NMEA converstion to JSON
• Update Docker images
• Keep pre-commit hooks only in Trixie docker images, it's only valid to run there
• Some cmake cleanup (and probably also add some cmake horror.. :-/)
• Various typos, cosmetics, etc.
