Automated refresh of the bathing water quality in
src/badeplasser/badeplasser.json, scraped from the Oslo kommunebeach pages by
npm run badeplasser:update.Only the water quality (and temperature) changed — name, location
and facilities are preserved. Review the diff and merge to deploy.
