feat(pi): add first-class ftown integration - #59

Make Pi a native harness with launch, resume, lifecycle hooks, live usage, loops, and workflows. Bundle an authenticated extension for mail, session management, inspection, and structured loop control while excluding raw terminal and command surfaces. Harden transcript containment, token parsing, revive reporting, and stale bridge credential fallback. Include the extension contract, package assets, UI support, and regression coverage.
