Normally a doc change like this wouldn't require an RFC. However, given this is a new process in the Foam ecosystem, we wanted to test it out and figured this would be a good candidate.

Since this is an RFC, does that mean you are seeking feedback/contribution for this? If so, do I do it here as a comment? Fork and create changes to the document?

My questions (and there are many more) prove the need for a more comprehensive Getting Started Guide!

I'm frankly more tech savvy than 99.9% of people, but if I'm continually lost while adopting all of this, then very few non-technical/development people will ever use Foam, which would be a shame given its potential as a note-taking tool as well as a way to gently introduce people to coding.

Let me know how I can best contribute feedback and maybe even create some documentation!

Yes, I am! Feel free to leave comments here on the doc, or call out specific pieces in the RFC (I assume you know this but not, you can make suggestions or comment on specific lines, this video explains it).

Your feedback is super valuable! We know here at the early stages, it's more user-friendly for developers or tech savvy people, but down the road, we want to open it up to all so please, help us get there and share any thoughts you have!
