Purpose

CI cleanup.

.github/workflows/buildMaven.yml is disabled on https://github.com/folio-org/mod-orders/actions and has been replaced with maven.yml.

Jenkinsfile-disabled has been disabled by renaming.

Approach

Remove these unused files.
