What changed
update to generate lightning app skill to always call API Context MCP server
Why
currently API Context MCP server is only called for custom objects, and tabs and after that it is not called when using GPT-5 model.
Notes
tested with 5 runs, API context server is almost always called for every metadata type with this prompt update and using the new VSIX.
