What changed

Instructions were updated to guide the agent to install or upgrade the templates plugin for SF CLI.

Why

For users that don't have the plugin installed, this will make the template command available, allowing flexipage generation to proceed.

Notes

To test, if you already have the templates plugin installed, downgrade with sf plugins install templates@56.7 (or any earlier version) before running your prompt.
