What does this PR do?
zod is source of truth
zod => TS type
zod => json schema
build up the zod types from smaller components
simplify build process, reduce copy
increase test examples
zod parse tests in addition to existing jsonschema->ajv testing
other cleanups
note: the update scripts are broken and there a separate WI to fix that.
