v0.5.1 Eager Smiths + Seek Guidance Hints

Adding to the base randomizer, this fork includes Caerulius' work to add the ability for weapons to be randomly infused in the item pool, as well as for useful hints to replace the dev messages that appear when using Seek Guidance.

Huge Note, this does not work with PTDE currently. Seeds with hints will gen exactly the same items, but PTDE will not have hints in their game.

The hint rules are as follows:

take 2 of the big key hints and put them in twice (4 slots)
take 6 of the key hints, and put them in twice (12 slots, 16 total)
take 4 of the useful items, put them in (4 slots, 20 total)
take 6 of the useful locations, put them in (6 slots, 26 total)
take 3 trash hints, shuffle them in twice (6 slots, 32 total)

Big Keys are the 4 souls + Lord Vessel
Keys are: Key to the Seal, Key to Depths, Undead F2 West, Residence Key, Cage Key, Archive Tower Giant Cell Key, Crest Key, Broken Pendant, Orange Charred and Covenant of Artorias
Useful Items are: the 7 Fire Keeper souls, Large, Very Large and Chaos Embers, Cast Light, Havel's Ring, Ring of Favor And Protection, Rusted Iron Ring and Wolf Ring
