The original reentrancy-balance page in #1984 omitted behavior added during review of foundry-rs/foundry#15769. This documents stale-balance comparisons across opposite operands, standard state-lock suppression across effective mutable entry points, and the 2300 stipend that accompanies value-transferring low-level calls with an explicit gas cap. It also states the detector boundary for same-operand balance deltas.
Follow-up to #1984 and foundry-rs/foundry#15769.
