Proxy Manager v0.10 RC1

First major release of the program.

Known Issues

• Random exceptions when more than one network event occurs within approximately five seconds. This exception causes the program to fail without writing exception logs.
  The current solution restarts the program when such an exception occurs since there is no reliable way to catch it.

• Network Event: Any event that causes a change in the computer's network configuration. E.g. connecting to or disconnecting from a network, change of IP address, etc.
