- Add footer sponsor entry (Afdian for zh-CN, Ko-fi otherwise)
- Use i18n label (zh/en/ja)
- Mobile footer stacks into 3 lines to avoid wrapping
- Configure via Vite env vars: VITE_AFDIAN_URL, VITE_KOFI_URL (repo variables injected in build)
