Removed /fdk-review (fw-app-dev)

• Deleted skills/fw-app-dev/commands/fdk-review.md
• Dropped command from plugin manifests (.cursor-plugin/marketplace.json, .claude-plugin/marketplace.json, skills/fw-app-dev/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json)
• Removed from command inventories: AGENTS.md, README.md, TROUBLESHOOTING.md, skills/fw-app-dev/README.md
• Updated SKILL.md (argument-hint), fdk-migrate.md, and validation-workflow.mdc so they no longer reference /fdk-review

Routing / messaging

• Marketplace and plugin copy now say: use fw-review for structured pre-submission review; fw-app-dev keeps /fdk-fix, /fdk-migrate, /fdk-refactor
• AGENTS.md lifecycle line simplified (drops “not the same as /fdk-review” — command is gone)
• fdk-migrate.md: post-migration path is /fdk-fix + fw-review (not /fdk-review)

Removed /scripts/ai-actions-skeleton/

• Merged diff between skills/fw-ai-actions-app/scripts/ai-actions-skeleton/ and assets/templates/ai-actions-skeleton/, deleted /scripts/ai-actions-skeleton/, updated all references in SKILL.md / scripts / AGENTS.md.

Doc / MCP cleanup (related)

• Replaced skills/fw-publish/subagents/mcp-config-prompt.md pointers with AGENTS.md + skills/fw-publish/SKILL.md in fw-app-dev/SKILL.md and fw-setup-install.md
