Summary

  • split Halos SwiftUI into focused runtime, plugin, settings, navigation, composer, automation, and session surfaces
  • add runtime session browsing for Codex and Claude plus plugin/skills marketplace-style pages
  • refine chat layout, composer queue, work summaries, response marker, settings appearance palettes, and fullscreen window chrome behavior
  • smooth Browser/Computer Control tool streaming with compact plugin panels, duplicate assistant-text suppression, and a transient menu-bar control indicator

Verification

  • swift test
  • ./script/build_and_run.sh --verify

Follow-up / risk

  • Runtime/plugin capability enforcement for Codex and Claude still depends on the real runtime launch/config layer; this PR keeps the Halos policy and UI wiring ready without merging for Fischer.
