Summary

Update automated runtime status rows in place so delta rows do not stay stuck as thinking after final output arrives.
Add a regression covering the duplicate Set it. status shape from the app.

Verification

swift test
./script/build_and_run.sh --verify

Risk

Low; scoped to automated runtime system notices and transcript reset bookkeeping.
