feat(lazuli): attach chat during control

Summary

• Turns Octopli itself into the compact top-right computer-control chat when Lazuli attaches.
• Adds main-process window attach/restore IPC so Octopli saves its bounds, moves to 380x520 at the primary display top-right, and stays above other windows during active control.
• Streams Lazuli WebSocket events as verbose debug-style chat messages inside the conversation instead of showing a separate HUD/log panel.
• Keeps Stop wired over the Lazuli event socket and keeps the composer hidden during active control.
• Replaces the old CLAUDE.md handoff with AGENTS.md for repo-local instructions.

Risks / Follow-ups

• Manual visual acceptance still needs a real Lazuli task: verify attach, streaming chat, Stop, and restore.
