temporary hold on this idea because we're not sure if we're gonna keep revs in the first place. tay's union document details the ways that we're looking to change the direction of revolutionaries.

Having brought this up in the random ideas channel and it being a hit, I decided to take the advice of making a PR for it.
I settled on calling it "command-based" instead of "command-role" because obviously you convert people so it isn't just a command role antagonist practically. Though the gameplay tweaks are based on being a command role!
