Obtained with `rclone authorize drive` against the existing OAuth client, so the ~/Sync/google-drive-school mount agent stops skipping. Verified with rclone lsd before committing.

[google-drive-school]to the sops-managedrclone_conf, so the~/Sync/google-drive-schoolmount agent has a remote to mount instead of taking the SKIP branch.Token from
