Update requirements to depend on macOS 10.14.
Changes to AV session are better encapsulated in “begin” / “commit” configuration blocks, improving responsiveness of changes and reducing interface flashes.

Swift 5.1 is being released in November. Begin updating the code to take advantage of some of the new functionality.
