Scoring Architecture

Each target receives a composite score based on configurable weighted inputs:

  • Financial Risk (leverage penalties)
  • Margin Uplift Potential
  • Synergy Proxies

Weights are user-controlled (sum = 100), allowing dynamic re-ranking depending on acquisition strategy.
