In the absence of any progress on #102 , I propose that we reopen this contribution and use it to enable the installation of community extensions against a formal release (e.g. 2.28.1). This is necessary for me to incorporate the ogcapi-tiles CITE test which is still a community extension. |

This updates the community extension download URL as the community extensions have a different naming convention from the stable extensions.
