- added attr and meas fields - attr contains all old fields from previous hrd format. - attr now also includes new fields : name - meas format is now "SYS-TYPE". Eg: 'G-L1C', 'R-S1P', etc - indicators to be included in meas
- Moved the logic out of the inner loop
…ent to index - _epoch reads a single line of observation and stores in obsd - data from obsd is then copied to hdr['meas'] (dict_meas) - rinexobs3 creates the new xarray Dataset using dict_meas
