@pbelmans Why haven't we applied this? I just ran into this issue because of the upgrade of ubuntu to python 3.7.3... Just wondering if there is a problem with this patch |

I should setup things so that I get emails for pull requests... Sorry! I haven't tested it yet, if it works for you with Python 3.7.3 we can merge it. |

The developers in the upstream plastex seem to think that this isn't sufficient. So beware - it might break things on your end! |

OK, well, I can report it worked here locally to parse the mathematics in the stacks project. |
