Private conversations now show a lock icon on the metadata line in the sidebar. Public conversations show no visibility icon.
This makes private vs public easier to scan in the conversation list, using the same lock language as elsewhere in the dashboard.
The dashboard end-to-end test checks both states. Visual QA passed on the built mock dashboard at 1440 × 900.
