This updates the Go fixed version for GHSA-8r25-68wm-jw35 from the Nginx UI application version to the Go module pseudo-version for the referenced fix commit.

Evidence:

• The advisory references 0xJacky/nginx-ui@827e76c.
• go list -m -json github.com/0xJacky/Nginx-UI@827e76c46e63c52114a62a899f61313039c754e3 resolves it as v1.9.10-0.20231219184941-827e76c46e63.
• The Advisory Database convention for Go ranges omits the leading v.
