Updates the Nginx-UI Go fixed version to the commit-resolved pseudo-version for the upstream fix. The advisory already references 0xJacky/nginx-ui@827e76c, and go list -m -json github.com/0xJacky/nginx-ui@827e76c46e63c52114a62a899f61313039c754e3 resolves it to v1.9.10-0.20231219184941-827e76c46e63.
