Updates the Nginx-UI Go fixed version to the commit-resolved pseudo-version for the upstream fix. The advisory already references 0xJacky/nginx-ui@ec93ab0, and go list -m -json github.com/0xJacky/nginx-ui@ec93ab05a3ecbb6bcf464d9dca48d74452df8a5b resolves it to v1.9.10-0.20231219195202-ec93ab05a3ec.
