Updates the Nginx-UI Go fixed version to the commit-resolved pseudo-version for the upstream fix. The advisory already references 0xJacky/nginx-ui@8581bdd, and go list -m -json github.com/0xJacky/nginx-ui@8581bdd3c6f49ab345b773517ba9173fa7fc6199 resolves it to v1.9.10-0.20240128060047-8581bdd3c6f4.
