Updates the Nginx-UI Go fixed version to the commit-resolved pseudo-version for the upstream fix. The advisory already references 0xJacky/nginx-ui@d70e37c, and go list -m -json github.com/0xJacky/nginx-ui@d70e37c8575e25b3da7203ff06da5e16c77a42d1 resolves it to v1.9.10-0.20240126104956-d70e37c8575e.
