Add upstream release and fix commit references for the existing patched version 3.3.
The 3.3 release notes explicitly state that the release fixes the stored XSS tracked by GHSA-75mw-h36v-2jv7. The referenced commit fixes stored XSS in the RSS/HTML output modules by escaping untrusted output in dosagelib/events.py and adding regression tests.
