Add parse-server query depth fix commit references

Adds the upstream merge commits for parse-community/parse-server#10511 and #10512 to GHSA-cgxm-vr2f-6fj8.

Evidence checked:

• PR #10511 fixes the 9.x alpha line, and PR #10512 fixes the 8.x release line.
• Commit 1103c7a is contained in release 9.9.1-alpha.12.
• Commit 0f5d2ad is contained in release 8.6.82.
• Both commits update REST and LiveQuery query-depth traversal and add regression coverage for field-wrapped logical operators.
• The npm parse-server 9.9.1-alpha.12 and 8.6.82 packages point at their release commits and contain the fixed built files.
