Adds parse-server GraphQL suggestion advisory references to GHSA-8cph-rgr4-g5vj.

Adds direct commit and release references for GHSA-8cph-rgr4-g5vj in both Parse Server release lines. The advisory already references NVD, upstream PR #10467, upstream PR #10468, and package source; this PR links each merged fix to its fixed release.
