Adds parse-server sessions advisory references to GHSA-g4v2-qx3q-4p64.

Adds direct commit and release references for GHSA-g4v2-qx3q-4p64 in both Parse Server release lines. The advisory already references NVD, upstream PR #10406, upstream PR #10407, and package source; this PR links each merged fix to its fixed release.
