Add Axios fetch size-limit fix references

Adds the two upstream merge commits for the Axios fetch adapter size-limit fix referenced by GHSA-777c-7fjr-54vf.

Evidence checked:

• fix: fetch adaptor is not enforcing max body or content length axios/axios#10795 and fix: incorrect assumption on test axios/axios#10796 are merged as e5540dcafe423909527c0af097fb6ae7f68c08f3 and d8165e9f2c4a73176a372d5d84f43c5fd166026b.
• v1.16.0 includes both merge commits and the release notes list the fetch adapter maxBodyLength / maxContentLength fix.
• npm axios 1.16.0 matches the registry shasum and includes the fetch adapter enforcement, data: URL size estimate helper, response stream guard, and compiled Node bundle changes; axios 1.15.2 lacks the fetch adapter enforcement.
