Adds better-helperjs fix references to GHSA-3p34-w4f6-5xh2.

Audit refresh, July 8, 2026:

• Confirmed the live PR is open, ready for review, merge-clean, and the visible advisory check is green.

Commit 959df41e01927e4e57c546a1dc58aae1d5a813ef resolves in Rigby-Foundation/Karui, and the npm record for better-helperjs 3.0.6 resolves. The advisory JSON parses, the committed diff passes git diff --check, the PR is merge-clean, and advisory processing is successful. No package, affected range, severity, or database metadata is changed.
